Renovation of a water / sewer project in Freeport, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This is a one-step, lump sum contract for the removal of existing arch fenders and installation of new panel fenders and associated mounting work and wharf modifications at Docks 1, 2, and 3 at Port Freeport, Freeport, Texas. Bidders should submit sealed bids clearly labeled as a "SEALED BID." Copies of the contract documents, specifications, and drawings are available at Port Freeport, 1100 Cherry St., Freeport, Texas 77541. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bids deemed advantageous. The work to be accomplished under the provisions of these Bid Documents consists of furnishing all materials, machinery, equipment, labor and supervision for the "New Fenders Docks 1, 2, and 3" as described in the Drawings and Specifications. In general terms the successful contractor shall: A. Procure all materials and equipment to provide a complete and quality installation. B. Provide labor, transport and logistical support for successful completion. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 Bidders Desiring Further Information, or Further Interpretation of the Drawings and Specifications, Must Make Request for Such Information in Writing to the Owner, Prior to 7 Days Before the Bid Opening.
