Site work for a civil project in Morley, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Public Water Supply District of Scott County, Missouri, Number 4 is requesting bids for the construction of Phase 5B Water System Improvements. Separate bids will be received for two contracts: Contract 1 - Water Distribution System & Booster Pump Station Improvements, and Contract 2 - Standpipe. The anticipated total bid prices are approximately $9,600,000 for Contract 1, to be substantially complete within 600 calendar days, and $800,000 for Contract 2, to be substantially complete within 540 calendar days. Printed copies of bidding documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $300 per set, with checks payable to Waters Engineering, Inc. Digital copies are available at no charge by contacting the issuing office. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. This project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, with specified waivers applying to the contract. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available, and only documents obtained from the issuing office are valid.
