The Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division manages, maintains, and operates state buildings and grounds statewide. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to execute comprehensive waste management services, encompassing remediation, hauling, and disposal, while adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Services pertain to materials detailed in the materials list and at the specified State property locations. The agreement term is anticipated to be 36 months. Bidders’ rates must remain in effect for the entire contract term. Bidders may attend a non-mandatory walk-through to examine work sites and specifications. No additions or increases to the agreement amount will be made due to conditions existing at the walk-through. The required services are detailed in the sample agreement. The winning Bidder will be required to adhere to all terms of the agreement. Bidders must submit proof of required licenses, insurance, references, and meet the Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise participation goal. Bidders must also disclose any intended use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in any deliverable or process that materially impacts contract performance. Failure to meet all minimum requirements or disclose required information may result in rejection of the bid or termination of the contract.
