The Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to deliver comprehensive waste management services. This includes remediation, hauling, and disposal, while strictly adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The scope of these services pertains to specific materials listed in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Material List, and will occur at various locations identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 2, List of State Property Locations. The term of the agreement is anticipated to be 36 months. Bidders' rates will remain in effect for the entire contract term. The Bidder will have a non-mandatory walk-through opportunity to examine work sites and specifications, but no additions or increases to the agreement amount will be made for pre-existing conditions observed at the walk-through. The successful Bidder must adhere to all terms specified in Attachment 9, Sample Agreement. Bidders must not be targets of Economic Sanctions as defined by U.S. and state law. If Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) will be provided or used to materially impact deliverables, the bidder must notify the State in writing. Failure to report GenAI may result in disqualification. Bidders must meet all minimum requirements, including holding specified licenses and certifications, providing proof of insurance, submitting three or more references with satisfactory job performance within the last five years for similar services, and meeting a 3% Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise participation goal.
