Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greenwich, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a swimming pool.
Greenwich Public Schools is planning to construct a new state-of-the-art swimming pool facility at Greenwich High School. The proposed building, estimated to cost $57.4 million, would replace the existing pool and be approximately four times larger than the current structure. It will feature a 35-metre pool, a shallow area for electives, mezzanine seating, dedicated locker rooms, an alumni room, and amenities for home and away teams. The project is currently in the feasibility study phase, with architectural firm Antinozzi Associates tasked with developing options that maintain both swimming and tennis facilities on campus. The new pool building is expected to open in late 2029.
