As of 2/12/2026 the project has been postponed until further notice Greenwich Public Schools will be accepting bids for Cos Cob, Sloped Roof Replacement and Related Work. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Department at 290 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT. The project is identified as Bid Number 2565-26. Bidders are required to participate in a mandatory walk-through at Cos Cob School, 300 East Putnam Ave, Cos Cob, CT. Greenwich Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not deemed to be in their interest. The original bid and copies must be in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the Vendors name and address and the following information: Bid Name: Cos Cob Sloped Roof Replacement and Related Work Questions concerning this Bid will be received by e-mail only directed to the Bid Department at: (bid_department@greenwich.k12.ct.us). In the subject line you must put Bid # 2565-26 Project Description. All questions must be received no later than FEBRUARY 17, 2026 at noon Any and all questions about the interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents, or about any other matter affecting the Work or pertaining to the bid must be directed in writing to: 1. Bid_Department@greenwich.k12.ct.us - In the subject line put Bid Number 2565-26 2. Attn: Mr. Eugene Watts Local custom and trade-union jurisdictional settlements do not control the scope of Work included in each prime contract. +When a potential jurisdictional dispute or similar interruption of work is first identified or threatened, the affected prime contracts shall promptly negotiate a reasonable settlement to avoid or minimize the pending interruption and delays
