Maintenance Dredging of Sediment Forebays at Binney Park Pond A Bid Bond for 10% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. Bidders may be required to submit data covering financial resources, equipment and ability to perform the work rapidly and in a satisfactory manner. The right is expressly reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids, or to accept such bids as appear to be in the best interest of the Town. Bidders shall complete the Vendor Information & Signatory Form for all Contracts equal to or in excess of $250,000.00. Failure to complete the Vendor Information & Signatory Form, located in Section 2, will cause the contractors bid to be disqualified. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, insurance coverage requirements, minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract and construction safety and health course requirements.
