A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Grass Island WWTP - HVAC Upgrades Project The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of existing boilers, and installation of new boilers, 2. Demolition of the existing HVAC system in the Administration Building and installation of a new VRF system with DOAS Energy recovery unit, 3. Demolition and installation of lighting systems in affected portions of the Administration Building, 4. Electrical, Architectural, Structural improvements supplemental to the HVAC improvements, 5. Commissioning of all new HVAC systems, service water heating systems and lighting systems. A Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the Bid must accompany each bid. The right is expressly reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids, or to accept such bids as appear to be in the best interest of the Town. The work herein specified to be done consists of a comprehensive HVAC upgrade to the Administration Building located at the Grass Island Water Pollution Control Facility at 250A Shore Road in Greenwich Connecticut, all as more particularly indicated, shown or described in the drawings, specifications and other contract documents and as described by the Engineer.
