The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased spaces. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas, and storage room areas. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the specified locations and frequencies. Six locations require janitorial cleaning services two days per week, for a total of 104 service days, and two locations require cleaning services three days per week, for a total of 156 service days. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors under NAICS code 561720 with a size standard of $22 million. All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission to be considered; vendors without active registration will be rejected as non-responsive.
