Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fayette, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of the rehabilitation of an iron removal treatment plant. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents. Materials for the project may be subject to compliance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. No interpretation of the meaning of the Plans, Specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
