The McKenzie County Commission requests Proposals for Design Engineering and Construction Engineering for 2026 Pavement Maintenance projects. Design activities include survey, quantity calculation, cost estimates, permitting, and final construction plans and specifications for bidding. Separate construction documents will be required for the 2026 Chip Seal project and the 2026 Mill & Overlay project. Construction engineering services to ensure proper adherence to completed design and construction specifications. The awarded consultant will conduct design and construction engineering services per McKenzie County requirements for chip seal, crack seal, fog seal, mill and overlay, rumble strip, and pavement marking construction. Additional services, if required, may be negotiated and supplemental agreements issued based on the consultant's performance, the consultant's proposal and available funding. All work shall be performed to McKenzie County standards and procedures. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for Design Services is Underway
