Site work for a water / sewer project in Texarkana, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of the placement of approximately 640 linear feet of 6-inch DR-11 HDPE Poly Water Pipe by bore, one fire hydrant assembly, multiple services, abandonment of existing 2.5-inch water main, street cuts, seeding, and all associated work and appurtenances. All bidders must comply with requirements regarding conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, and equal opportunity in employment. Bidders must also provide bid security as specified and follow all state law bidding processes. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening. Every request for such interpretation should be addressed in writing to the Design Engineer, Texarkana Water Utilities, P.O, Box 2008, Texarkana, TX 75504, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
