A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Texarkana Arkansas School District is soliciting proposals for paving or re-paving parking lots at the following locations: June Little Business Center at 3512 Grand Avenue, Trice Elementary at 4505 Pinson Street, and College Hill Pre-K at 200 Artesian Street, all in Texarkana, AR. Submissions must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP Parking Lot." Late, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Mill and remove existing asphalt, repair base as needed . Repave with 3" of hot mix asphalt . Re -stripe parking spaces , including handicap spaces . Perform site cleanup .
