Site work for a water / sewer project in Texarkana, Arkansas. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

**As of January 29th, 2026, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and all activities required for removing existing fence and installing new fence, yard piping, culvert, and driveway access to the site, all as shown on the plans. Bids must be submitted in sealed form and will not be accepted via facsimile or similar equipment. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law. Bidders must provide bid bonds as required and may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the date of bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Contractors shall refer to the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors. Resident bidders refer to Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature. Non-resident bidders refer to Act 162 of the 1987 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature. The Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements and encourages general contractors to consider these groups when subcontracting portions of their work.
