Wapello County intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for the construction of renovations at 123 E 3rd St, Ottumwa, Iowa. Wapello County, Iowa will publish a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at-Risk (CMaR) services for the project on or before January 21, 2026. The CMaR will be chosen using a two-step solicitation process and chosen on "best value."
