Renovation Of The Existing Wheelwright Wastewater Treatment Plant - Separate sealed bids for the renovation of the existing Wheelwright Wastewater Treatment Plant will be received. The bidding documents, including Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents, may be examined at specified locations. Copies of documents may be obtained from the designated provider. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided. Bidders are required to observe conditions of employment, pay prevailing wage rates, and comply with Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, E.O. 11246, Title VI, and other specified requirements. The successful bidder will be required to provide a $1,000,000 General Liability and a $1,000,000 Workers Compensation Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Wheelwright as Certificate Holders. Qualified DBEs, MBEs, and WOSBs are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the bid opening date.
