The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to maintain the grounds of Golden Gate National Cemetery in a manner that ensures an aesthetically pleasing landscape and honors burial sections and memorial sites. Services include headstone care, gravesite maintenance, turf and grass upkeep, tree, shrub, planting, and bed maintenance, irrigation and drainage system services, trash and debris removal, pavement sweeping and cleaning, structure cleaning and light maintenance, and assistance with ceremonies. The work will be performed under a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year with two option periods at the Government's discretion. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract shall be a twelve (12) month base year plus Two (2) twelve-month option years if exercised. **Location:** Golden Gate National Cemetery, 1300 Sneath Lane, San Bruno, CA 94066.
