The scope of work is to renovate 12 terminal restrooms (men's and women's) at the secured and unsecured sections of Lihue Airport. Renovation to include replacement of various finishes, toilet accessories, plumbing and electrical fixtures for a complete refresh of the terminal restrooms. The estimated cost of construction is between $7,600,000.00 and $7,900,000.00. LOCATION OF THE WORK A. The work to be performed under this contract is located at Lihue Airport, Lihue, Hawaii. B. Conditions: 1. The Main Terminal and airport roadways shall remain operational at all times. Any damages to existing areas caused by the Contractor shall be repaired by the Contractor at no cost to the State. 2. Upon execution of the contract, the Contractor, at their cost, shall obtain all permits required for this project. 3. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with the Engineer to determine if their work will affect the airport's operation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
