**As of March 5, 2026, the project was awarded to BR Texas General Contractors but the awarded amount is not available.** Renovations to Brittany Place Townhomes, located at 3500 Normandy Ave., Port Arthur, Texas 77642, for the Port Arthur Housing Authority. Bidders must provide all materials, equipment, and labor required for a complete and fully functional system in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by LaBiche Architectural Group, Inc. Bid Bonds, Payment & Performance Bonds are required. Bidders are responsible for visiting the site and including all necessary components in their bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may request new bids for the whole or parts. All qualified businesses, including minority- and/or women-owned businesses, are encouraged to respond. A. Re-roofing and Interior/Exterior Improvements to RENOVATIONS TO BRITTANY PLACE TOWNHOMES PORT ARTHUR HOUSING AUTHORITY, 3500 Normandy Ave., Port Arthur, Texas. Including but not limited to: a. Removing existing and installing new asphalt shingles, flashings, gutters, downspouts and accessories. b. Cleaning and Repainting exteriors of all site buildings. c. Repairs and renovations to structural components associated with sagging garage door headers. d. Repairs and renovations to exterior siding. e. Electrical: i. Replacement of lighting wall packs. ii. Electrical associated with replacement of HVAC air handlers and Condensers. f. Mechanical: i. Removal and replacement of HVAC air handlers and Condensers. B. Furnishing of all labor, materials, services, equipment and appliances as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. C. The Drawings and Specifications do not necessarily indicate or describe all Work required for completion of the Project. Contractor shall provide and install all incidentals reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents that are required for a complete Project. D. These documents describe the essential elements sufficiently to determine the scope of the Project. E. Provide all items required for complete operating systems including items not necessarily shown in these documents, but that can be reasonably inferred as being required for the complete operating system. F. The Drawings and Specifications indicate the basic quality of materials and quality of construction required for the entire project. G.
