As of January 14, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 16, 2026. The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following items in accordance with the technical specifications and project drawings: mobilization and demobilization of all necessary equipment to the project site, and removal of debris from the project site as specified in the contract documents. Sealed bids are to be marked on the outside as a bid for Sabine-Neches Waterway, Channel Improvement Project, Debris Removal, including the bidders name, address, and contractors license number (if applicable). Bids received after the time specified will not be accepted. Bids received by telefacsimile will not be accepted. Participation in the pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Each bid must include a bid bond (certified check, cashiers check or bidder's bond) equal to five percent of the amount of the bid. Bidders must submit a completed Vendors Conflict of Interest Questionnaire. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities in bidding.
