Box 1089 Port Arthur, TX 77641 clifton.williams@portarthurtx.gov Location - 7800 9th Ave, Port Arthur, TX 77640 Scope of Work 1. Remove loose aggregate from existing roof and discard. 2. Fasten Cover-Board Densdeck prime over existing aggregate roof. 3. Install Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO 60 mil - Adhered 4. Edge Metal Aluminum .032 - Prefinished 5. All counter flashing should be prefinished 25gauge steel. 6. Install wind cleats for edge metal around the perimeter of the building. 7. All penetrations in plumbing receive boots. 8. All penetration ventilation receives curbs and counter flashing. 9. 20 yr NDL Manufacturer's warranty. 10.Roof must meet windstorm requirements.
