Site work and paving for a road / highway in Walnut Creek, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The scope of this RFP includes work for engineering plan design, specification and estimating (PS&E), and bid package preparation. Work includes a site survey with field verification of utility locations, existing grades and elevations, and field verification of traffic signal elements. Deliverables include finalized layout plans, detailed specifications, and cost estimate of all work and materials detailed in the plans. All these PS&E elements will be used in a bid package to hire a contractor to construct the proposed infrastructure.
