The project includes the removal of the existing metal roof, inspection and repair of roof purlins as needed, and installation of a new 24-gauge metal roofing system, including wall flashings, wall cap, vented ridge system, and proper disposal of all debris. All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Bidders must hold a valid Virginia contractor's license, a Town of Pennington Gap business license, and provide proof of general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. The Town of Pennington Gap reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Town.
