Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Skokie, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work includes installation of playground equipment at Gleiss Park located at 9301 Keystone Avenue and Lyon Park located at 7640 Kostner Avenue . The Work of this project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. A prevailing wage determination has been made for the Park District by IDOL for public works projects in Cook County. The contract entered into for the work will be drawing in compliance with said law and proposals should be prepared accordingly and provide payment for all laborers, workmen and mechanics needed to perform the work at no less than the prevailing rate of wages for each craft, type of worker or mechanic. The Skokie Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities in the bidding if it should be deemed in the public's best interest. Question Deadline 01/20/2026 If the Bidder is in doubt as to the interpretation of any part of the Bid Documents, or finds errors, discrepancies or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, they must submit a written request for interpretation thereof not later than three (3) days prior to opening of bids to the Park District.
