Technical requests must be submitted via email by date one week before bids are due. The Project consists of 2-inchand 4-inch mill and fills, striping and other appurtenant work for four (4) street segments totaling approximately 3,300 linear feet of roadway wholly within the Town of DeMotte. This project shall be substantially complete within ninety (90) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid proposal form provided, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5) of the bid. Each bid shall also include a Non-Discrimination Commitment, State Form 96 and all other required forms as described in the bidding documents. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent(100%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall remain in effect throughout the entire construction period. In addition, a Maintenance Bond will be required for a period of three (3) years prior to final acceptance by the Owner. thdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
