Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Demotte, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of minor repair, painting, and equipment replacement within the Town's Wastewater Treatment Facility including work on two clarifiers, two oxidation ditches, and safety grate installation at various locations. Work on the clarifiers consists of the repair and replacement of the scum trough, weir trough, grout pads, inlet trough, and other appurtenant work. Work on the oxidation ditch consists of repair and replacement of the weir gate and trough, mud valves, rotor aerators and tubes, and other appurtenant work. Various items within the clarifiers and oxidation ditch shall be sandblasted and recoated. The project shall be contained wholly within the DeMotte Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 13390N 900 W, DeMotte, Indiana 46310. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the bid proposal form provided, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. Each bid shall also include a Non-Discrimination Commitment, State Form 96 and all other required forms as described in the bidding documents. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall remain in effect throughout the entire construction period.
