Suntex School District is soliciting proposals from offerors of licensed HVAC companies to provide equipment, installation, and service of a Conventional HVAC system for improved ventilation and heating/cooling at 68178 Silver Creek Rd., Riley, OR - Suntex School District. Qualification statements and proposals for consideration must be licensed, insured and bonded. All equipment, materials, labor, warranties, and insurance are the responsibility of the contractor. State of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon shall be utilized for all labor involved in this contract, including Wage Rates and Certification of Payroll as required by the Bureau of Labor and Industries, in the event that the cost of the project exceeds $2,000. Minority owned, women-owned, and emerging Small Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit their proposal in response to this solicitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for any award of any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement. Certificate of insurance is due upon award of bid.
