Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Basin, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Provide engineering services for replacing one boiler along with all of the associated heating system mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components located in the boiler plant of the Wyoming Retirement Center. Tie the boiler into existing BAS. Replace the existing boiler, indirect water heater, along with all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components for the entire boiler system at the Superintendent House on the WRC campus. All proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system and on State of Wyoming forms. It is the proposer's responsibility to review the Public Purchase system for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. All questions must be submitted via the Public Purchase website. Responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase system by the stated deadline; incomplete submissions will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
