Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Northbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 91,000-square-foot educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested from qualified General Contractors for the construction of a new Meadowbrook Elementary School. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 10% of the bid amount. Contractors must pay prevailing wage rates as per Illinois Law and comply with the School District's policy to promote equal opportunity and utilize diversified businesses. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the project site. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, or accept the bid that best serves the interests of the School District. Bidders must have a written sexual harassment policy compliant with Illinois Human Rights Act Section 2-105. Bidding documents are available for purchase at BHFX Arlington Heights.
