Description

New construction of a multi-residential development in Angleton, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.

Engineering services are sought for the engineered designs of 2-4 bedroom homes in Brazoria County, which may include carports, elevation designs, and Radon Gas mitigation designs. Bidders must provide a turnkey product that may include supplemental inspections for warranty, clean-up, and debris removal. Bids must be complete, with all forms completed and signed, and all required documents returned. The process is open to the participation of qualified firms owned by minorities and/or women, and employment practices must not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin. Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and related regulations apply. Brazoria County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and may hold submissions for up to 30 days for document review and qualification investigation prior to contract award.
