The project is awarded to Trans-Tex Construction in the amount amount of  $2,633,583.90. The combined areas of the streetscape scope consist of sidewalk, planting, irrigation infrastructure zoning. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
