The City of Angleton, Texas is soliciting requests for competitive sealed proposals for the project titled Bid 2026-04 Freedom Park Baseball Field. Sealed bids may be hand delivered or mailed, and the outside envelope of sealed bids should be clearly marked as "Bid 2026-04 Freedom Park Baseball Fields." The sealed proposals must include one electronic copy and one hard copy original proposal. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent. All interested General Contractors are invited to a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site visit. Question Deadline 01/28/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions from bid submitters, including technical and non-technical inquiries related to this packet, must be directed in writing to Jason O'Mara at jomara@angleton.tx.us and Claudia Walker at cwalker@burditt.com. The Work included under this Contract consists of the furnishing and installation of all equipment and material necessary and required to form the complete and functioning systems in all of its various phases, all as shown on the accompanying Drawings and/or described in these Specifications. The contractor shall review all pertinent drawings, including those of other contracts prior to commencement of Work.
