Site work for a mixed-use development in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes construction of water, sanitary, drainage, and paving facilities for Ashland Section 8 for Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 82, Brazoria County, Texas. Bids must be submitted electronically through CivcastUSA and will be publicly opened and read via conference call. Physical bids are not accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified/cashier's check acceptable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to enter into the contract, execute the bonds on the provided forms, and provide required insurance certificates within seven days after receiving the contract documents. Bidders must register at www.CivcastUSA.com to view or download the project specifications, plans, soils report, and environmental reports. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities in the bidding process except for the time of submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be chosen as the responsible bidder deemed most advantageous to the District and most economical for completion of the project. All questions shall be submitted to the Engineer electronically ,In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer.
