Renovation of an office development in Boulder, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a 19,620-square-foot office development.
**As of March 27, 2026, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for drywall (gypsum board) installation and finishing work for the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub. Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services. Note: metal stud framing is excluded from this scope. Question Deadline 02/04/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Location : online portal The project is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026. If you wish to submit a bid that would include equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, please submit a substitution request along with bid questions. A substitution request form is not required. Proposed product substitutions must still meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products. Please note that some materials are "Basis-of-Design" products and cannot be substituted. Refer to the appropriate sections of the specification manual for more information.
