Portland Community College CT Project is a multi-phased capital improvement project with an overall construction budget aimed at modernizing and enhancing campus facilities to better support student success and academic programming. The project is located at PCC's Sylvania Campus in Portland Oregon. Lewis is teaming with ZANA Construction as a GC Partner. Enabling / Swing Space construction will be delivered through multiple bid packages and the 1st phase has been begun construction at the TCB and SCB buildings. We are solicit bid proposals for the AM (Automotive building), SS (Social Science building) and ST (Science & Technology building). This phase includes temporary re-locations, selective demolition and upgrades to interior finishes. Please be advised that the Electrical and Mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC) scopes of work for this project have been pre-selected by the Owner and are not included in this bid solicitation. No additional bids are required or will be accepted for Electrical or Mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC) work. STATE REQUIREMENTS: All proposers must comply with the following requirements; BOLI Prevailing Wage Law, ORS 279.350, be licensed with the Construction Contractors Board, ORS 671.530 and resident status, ORS 279.029. Minority-owned, women-owned, emerging small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit a proposal for this project.
