The selected contractor will be responsible for all typical construction tasks, provided, but not limited to, in the Scope of Work document. The duration of the project is expected to be 3 months. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The work to be performed by the successful proposer shall be100% completed by December 31, 2026.
