Procurement of a base year plus two option years service and maintenance repair plan for Systec Media Prep, SN MP0927 and Systec Media Fill, SN MF0449. Each year must include at a minimum one on-site preventative maintenance visit performed according to OEM standards and requirements by OEM certified and authorized service technicians, including parts, labor, travel, and control software updates. Also included is one on-site repair visit, if required, including travel and labor, a 20% discount on OEM parts required for repairs (parts billed separately), one on-site visit to provide calibration of autoclaves and media preps according to OEM standards by OEM certified and authorized service technicians, and remote technical support from OEM certified and authorized service technicians available at a minimum from 0900 to 1700 E.T., Monday to Friday. Bidders must be certified, authorized technicians to provide service on this equipment and must show the breakout amounts for each year (base and option years).
