Site work for a development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Sealed proposals will be received for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct the wetland mitigation as per the plans and specifications, at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications. The work consists essentially of mobilization, clearing and grubbing (general), strippings (established quantity), excavation (haul off), installation of wetland seed mix, installation of buffer seed mix, erosion control matting, and installation of silt fence. All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by E & A Consulting Group, and must be accompanied by an original bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than $4,000.00 made payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 609. The lowest acceptable bid will be selected in accordance with the requirements of the plans and specifications. Plans, specifications, and contract documents may be obtained at the office of E & A Consulting Group upon payment of $35.00. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids. All proposals must be properly enclosed and marked, with bid security in a separate sealed envelope attached to the proposal envelope.
