Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 83,281-square-foot, 10-story above grade medical facility; and 101-space parking garage.
Construction of a 10-storey care facility, hospital uses, and medical offices as part of a comprehensive substance use treatment facility. The facility will provide substance-use treatment and recovery services, including outpatient care and short-term overnight stays of up to five days. The building will include a comprehensive care facility, hospital, and medical office, and will be regulated under the provincial Hospital Act. The project will also include underground parking stalls. TIMELINE: Design is underway. An application seeking municipal approval is in the initial review process at the city. Schedules are undefined at this time and may be confirmed pending permit approvals. Further update in late summer 2026. Construction budget is unreleased.
