Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
City of Surrey invites qualified, experienced, and reputable vendors to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, connection to utilities, testing, and commissioning of one or more prefabricated or site-assembled outdoor public washroom facilities measuring approximately 8 feet by 20 feet. The washroom facilities will be installed at City-owned site/s and must be suitable for yearround public use, high durability, low maintenance, and must be compliant with all applicable codes, standards, and accessibility requirements. The successful Proponent will be responsible for the following, at a minimum: 1. Complete design 2. Offsite fabrication or construction of the washroom unit 3. Delivery to the site 4. Installation, including anchoring and structural placement 5. Connection to the City-provided utilities and services: sanitary, water, and power. The City will provide utility service stubs to a designated connection point, unless otherwise stated. 6. Testing, commissioning, and deficiencies correction 7. Provision of warranties, operations & maintenance manuals, and as-built documentation 8. Coordination with the City’s team as necessary Awarded to Maple Leaf Modular.
