The work involves the renewal of Delinea Secret Server, specifically covering two items: Delinea Enterprise Base (for 40 IT/Admin users, 40 servers, and 40 workstations) with SAAS Premium Support; and Delinea Resilient Secrets On-Prem Sub T2-ONPREM with Premium Support. Bidders must supply these items for the contract duration stated. Prices must be provided in Canadian dollars, inclusive of all costs except GST. The City may award the contract for all, some, or none of the provisional items at its discretion, and bidders may not claim for delay or loss if items are deleted. Bidders are required to provide their full legal business name, details of the authorized signatory, at least three references for similar work completed in the past five years, and a list of any subcontractors to be used for the project, if applicable. All relevant RFQ attachments should be reviewed to fully understand the work and inclusions/exclusions. Bidders must also ensure uploads are accessible and assume responsibility for file integrity.
