Demolition and renovation of a residential development in Enterprise, Alabama. Completed plans call civil work for a residential development.
This project has already been awarded in the total amount of $154,861.13 Phase 1: Tolleson Construction, LLC, - $66,312.63 Phase 2: Lewis, Inc. - $88,548.50 Separate sealed bids for the demolition and clearance of specified public nuisance properties will be received by the City of Enterprise in the Department of Engineering Services office. The project consists of the asbestos remediation, demolition, and complete clearance of up to twenty-five public nuisance properties located within the corporate limits of the City of Enterprise, Alabama. A Pre-Demolition Asbestos Survey for all properties is provided. All abatement, demolition, and closeout work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the City of Enterprise and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bid number, phase, and date. The bidder's name, address, and General Contractor's License (if applicable) shall appear on the outside of the sealed bid. Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The City of Enterprise reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids.
