BID FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL for 325 W. COLUMBIA ST. The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic bids for Asbestos Removal for 325 W. Columbia St. ITB 26-08. The plans and bid proposal documents are available through Bid Express. The bids can only be submitted through Bid Express. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all City of Springfield projects. A digital ID will be required for the bidder to submit an electronic bid. Said work and each bid submitted shall comply strictly to the bid specifications. This project shall be subject to the State of Ohio Department of Commerce Prevailing Wage Rates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
