The City is inviting statements of qualifications and expertise from licensed installation companies for camera installation, running new wiring, and providing storage of database for a minimum of 30 days on hard drive with backup on cloud-based service. The work includes upgrading the Woodland Police Department video system to 4K and 8K cameras and equipment. List of expectations: Installation of Openeye Enterprise NVR with 32TB storage, TRENDnet 26-port Gigabit PoE+ Switch, (6) 4K/MP IP Dome Cameras (Exterior), (4) Platinum 4mp IP Dome Camera 2/8 Fixed Lens, (8) Platinum 4mp IP Dome Camera – Audio, new hardware and wiring, 30 days of media storage, and 24-48 hour maintenance response time. Qualification and performance statements will be reviewed. Resumes are accepted but not required. The RFQ should be limited to ten (10) pages, single sided, and any cost proposals should be in a concealed format and separate from the technical/qualifications proposals, as costs will not be considered in the evaluation, ranking, and selection phase. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on equipment brand and quality, equipment availability, time frame of installation, technician response time if the system needs service or fails, and technician experience. One printed copy is required for any document submitted.
