The scope of work is to provide Structured Cabling at two school buildings: Lee Elementary School and Page Elementary School. The selected vendor/contractor is responsible for providing configuration and system quantities to all specified locations, supplying any omitted necessary components at no additional cost, and meeting with representatives to agree on equipment arrangements and installation interfaces. The vendor must have sufficient resources, furnish all labor, supervision, tooling, hardware, and consumables, install and terminate data jacks according to specifications and blueprints, abate and properly dispose of existing cable, install all cable per best practices, develop and submit a labeling system for approval, test all cables and termination hardware, install a fire stop system, provide required documentation throughout the project, and guarantee the installed cabling system against defects for three years. All proposed materials must be individually itemized in the bill of materials, specifying manufacturer, part number, unit cost, and quantity. Bids containing generic line items may be rejected. The vendor must comply with all sections of the RFP and additional specifications as outlined. Bidders must complete and submit all required documentation, including a Bid Bond, Intent to Bid Form, signed Bid Signature Page, detailed Bill of Materials, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and references. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope and uploaded electronically to the specified portal by the stated deadline. No oral, telephonic, email, or facsimile bids will be considered. Late bids will not be considered. The Bid must include the full legal name and details of the entity and be signed by an authorized representative.
