Construction of a new roof at the Fire Training Center that shall include the installation of insulation and membrane roofing on top of the existing metal roof panels and replacement of gutters and downspouts as needed. THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING. PREPARE EXISITNG STANDING STEAM METAL ROOF TO RECEIVE NEW MEMBRANE ROOFING SYSTEM. REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF EXISTING RAKE TRIMS, GUTTERS, AND DOWNSPOUTS. INSTALL 3"FLUTE-FILL INSULATION BOARD. INSTALL 1/2"HD ISO BOARD. INSTALL FULLY ADHERED TPO MEMBRANE. INSTALL BLOCKING WHERE NECESSARY. INSTALL NEW PREFINISHED PERIMETER SHEET METAL FLASHINGS, TERMINATION BARS, HOLD DOWN CLIPS, AND COUNTERFLASHING. INSTALL NEW GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS, MATCH QUANTITY, Question Deadline 01/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda, via the contact information provided on the plan holder's list. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered
