Renovation of an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work shall consist of, but not limited to the providing a new lighting control panel, NLIGHT ARP INTENC16 NLT 16FCR MVOLT 1VB HLK SM DTC. Site lighting circuits and outdoor convenience 120V circuit shall be routed through the LCP. In addition, Contractor shall re-rout power for the existing fountain through the new LCP. All existing lighting control components left unused as a result are to be removed and returned to Owner. Contractor shall verify if any additional exterior lighting circuits not indicated on the plan are to remain, and re-route through the LCP, for Bid Purpose, Assume two additional Circuit. Work to be performed under the Contract Documents requires a California State License Board B General Building Contractor and C-10 Electrical Contractor licenses. Effective July 1, 2014, all contractors and subcontractors who intend to bid on or perform work on public works projects must register and pay a fee to the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 and provide evidence of registration for contract award. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. All inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to online. The Los Rios Community College District and its Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and/or waive any minor irregularity of a bid as the public good may require.
