**As of February 04, 2026, the project was awarded to A-1 Asphalt Inc. The cost of isolated asphalt patching is anticipated to be approximately $600,000 for work performed during the 2026 calendar year. Sufficient funds have been budgeted in the appropriate street, sewer and water maintenance accounts. The City Clerk of the City of Wyoming will receive bids for Isolated Patching. All proposals are to be in sealed envelopes and plainly marked 'BID FOR Isolated Patching.' Directions on how to obtain the specifications and the bid proposal form are available online or in the City of Wyoming's Purchasing Office. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids, to waive formalities, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
