A timeline for the award has not yet been established.* Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking sealed bids for Playground Design and Installation Services for Kent Hills Elementary, Cesar Chavez Elementary, and Martin Luther King Jr. Academy. The projects will be completed in August 2026. Bidders are required to submit a completed and signed Statement of Familial Relationship, Iran Business Relationship Affidavit, DTMB documents, Debarment and Suspension Certification, and Non-Collusive Affidavit. All documents must be sworn and notarized. The Board of Education will not accept bids without the required documents. Grand Rapids Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the best interest of the School District.
