Remodeling of a golf course in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 3,500-square-foot golf course.
Concrete floor polishing is required for approximately 3,500 square feet in the golf cart storage building at Kaufman Golf Course. The work includes properly preparing floors for polishing, including cleaning and filling joints; diamond grinding and polishing the floor up to a 400 grit finish; applying densifier and impregnating sealer to the entire area; and painting three 2 x 75 yellow lines on the floor upon completion. Dimensions are for general reference and should be verified. The building will be emptied before work begins. Work is to be continuous once started and completed during normal operating hours, Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. All communication regarding the solicitation must be through the Kent County Purchasing Division Inquiry Blog or during pre-proposal meetings. A pre-submission conference will not be held, but an on-site inspection may be requested by appointment. Respondents must provide three references of similar size and scope not including Kent County employees. All goods must carry the original manufacturer warranty and any other specified warranties, and the respondent must execute documents to transfer warranties to Kent County.
